What are the specifications of the masks?

DO GOODs masks come in two versions: RESA, with a built-in filter (PFE PM0.1 and BFE) and ARI, with a separate filter (PFE PM2.5 and BFE).

How many times can I use a single mask?

DO GOODs has been developed in a way for which each mask can be reused– as we want to “do good” towards the environment and the community. Disposable masks are creating a scary amount of waste, while our masks can be used up to 20 washes, which makes them one of the most sustainable options on the market.

In how many sizes do these masks come?

DO GOODs masks come in two sizes: S/M and L/XL as they need to adhere perfectly to the face in order to guarantee maximum protection.

When should I wear a mask?

Authorities and governments are encouraging everyone to wear a mask outdoor, in a public place, as well as on public transport. Wearing a mask can prevent the spread of the disease and our mask protects those who wear the mask as well as those surrounding them.

Can I return my mask purchase?

This product cannot be refunded, returned, exchanged, or fixed for hygienic reasons.
